Eligibility criteria:

This promotion is only available to persons aged 18 years or over and who comply with these promotion terms and conditions. Residents of Italy and Northern Ireland may not participate in this promotion.

 

How to enter

Eligible persons who purchase: "Iker Casillas Real Madrid Jersey | adidas Icons 22/23" (the “IC Jersey”) through any of the following online stores between 00:01 hours (GMT+1) on Thursday, April 13, 2023 and 23:59 hours (GMT+1) on Sunday, April 30, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”) will automatically be entered into the promotion:

Important note: If you're a Madridista Premium user and are eligible to enter the promotion, you'll get a double entry. If you're a Real Madrid C.F. club member and eligible to enter the promotion, you'll get a triple entry.

 

Day of the draw:

At the end of the Promotion Period, all eligible orders will be counted and the list of participants will be created.

A random drawing will be held in front of an independent notary within 15 days after the end of the Promotion Period, and Legends reserves the right to modify this date at its convenience.

5 winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries for the prize of a pair of goalkeeper gloves signed by Iker Casillas. One pair of gloves per winner will be awarded. 

 

Requirements verification and winners announcement:

Once the draw has been carried out, Legends will verify that whoever has been chosen meets all the requirements set forth in these Rules and is eligible to be declared the winner.

Our Customer Service team will call the winners to inform them of the result of the draw. The winner will have to respond within 48 hours and, if a winner has not redeemed their prize within such 48 hour period or rejects the prize, Legends reserves the right to award such prize to an alternative person (or not to award the prize at all).

If a winner wishes to receive the prize, they will need to provide:

Physical address for the prize delivery.

A digital photo or scanned photocopy of ID or NIF.

A contact telephone number to schedule the prize delivery with the carrier.

 

Conditions of the prize:

The prize to be drawn is a pair of goalkeeper gloves signed by Iker Casillas. A total of 5 pairs of gloves will be available. One pair of gloves per winner.

The prize will not include any other benefit, expense or service different from those expressly indicated in this section. Consequently, the winner will be responsible for any benefit or service not expressly indicated in the above description.

The method of delivery of the prizes will be communicated to the winners when they are contacted.

Under no circumstances may the prize be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the winner's request.

Winners are subject to the terms and conditions of the giveaway and will not be allowed to exchange or return the purchased item that enabled their participation in the giveaway.

 

Data Protection

Any personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will be used by Legends for the purposes of administering and managing the promotion and the award of prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of a participant. Any personal data that is collected will be used solely in accordance with Legends’ Privacy Policy and current applicable data protection legislation, and will only be disclosed to other third parties in relation to fulfilment of the prize or as otherwise required by applicable law, including promotional marketing rules.

Legends is required by promotional marketing rules to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place – for example, the surname and area of residence of the winners. A winner has the right to object to all or part of this information being published or made available at or before the time of entering the promotion, and can also inform us of their objection in writing after they have entered. In such circumstances, entrants acknowledge that Legends may nevertheless still required by promotional marketing rules to provide the information and winning entry to the relevant regulator on request.

 

General

Save as set out in the paragraph below, if Legends fails to comply with these terms and conditions, Legends will be responsible for loss or damage participants suffer that is a foreseeable result of Legends's breach of these terms and conditions. Legends is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

 

Legends will not be liable for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions as a consequence of events beyond its reasonable control.

Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Legends accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.

 

Legends reserves the right to extend, withdraw, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

 

By submitting an entry for this promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

These terms and conditions and the promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by Spanish law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid. If you are a consumer resident in a European Union member state or in the United Kingdom, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in the Spanish courts or to the competent court of your country of habitual residence, which courts are – with the exclusion of any other court - competent to settle any of such a dispute. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
